Reset PIN / Forgot PIN
In case you've forgotten your PIN, you can quickly reset it on *115#.

Create a new 4-digit PIN and Confirm
Note: You'll need your secret word to reset your PIN. Keep it secure and don't share it with anyone.
Unlock PIN
Locked your PIN after multiple failed attempts? No problem Dial *115# to unlock it.

Security: Your PIN is locked after 3 incorrect attempts to protect your account from unauthorized access.
Change PIN
You can change your ZedWallet PIN anytime, especially if you believe it's at risk. Simply update your PIN through the ZedWallet App or by dialing *115#.

Change Language

Security Tip: Choose a secret word that is easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess. Don't use common words or personal information.
Activation
Activate your ZedWallet to start transacting instantly.

After Registering, Activate by following the following steps:

Enter the initial PIN received via SMS

Set a new 4-digit Mobile Money PIN

Confirm your new PIN by re-entering it

Set your Secret Word for account security

Confirm your Secret Word by re-entering it

Once completed, your account will be activated and you'll receive confirmation via activated
